We have hit 400+ followers today! So ecstatic! Y’all are wonderful!
I ate about 1500 calories today, and I only got to lift some weights for about 15 minutes :(
My tendonitis is flaring up, so I’m trying to take it easy.
I weighed in at 125.8 this morning, and hoping for some more loss tomorrow!
5am, I’m doing the Marissa Miller Workout from Shape Mag, the healthy-curvy-beautiful ab workout, and some yoga with Tara Stiles. Gonna take it easy on the cardio for my arch.

I love that she isn’t sickly thin and that you can see the definition on her. Her body is flawless!
Anywho, Valentines day after a long, hard, breakup was supposed to be difficult, but it wasn’t. I’m really proud of myself, to tell you the truth. I may actually getting over all of this.
