    WHO IS SHE SHES PERFECT

    I am obsessed with this amazingly easy and tasty frozen yogurt!  I’ve been eating it every day as a snack, and once you try it you will too!  (It would also make a great dessert for after dinner). 

    The best part is that using frozen berries makes this instantly frozen, so you can make it and eat it right away without having to wait for it to freeze.  Instant gratification! 

    Take any frozen berry blend (I use an anti-oxidant blend of raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries) and dump approx. 1/2 cup per serving in a bowl.

    Cover berries with any liquid you’d like (I use POM + water or Green Machine).  You could use water if you want more of a sorbet or to reduce calories.

    Optional:  Add protein powder for extra protein and/or vitamins.

    Add Greek Yogurt (I recommend low fat, but again do fat free if you want to reduce overall calories).  Exactly how much yogurt is up to you.  The more you add the creamier, and softer your frozen yogurt will be.  Play around, you can always add more. 

    Optional:  Add in a Tablespoon or two of chia seeds for added omega-3’s, or eat it with a handful of toasted walnuts (which is what I do). 

    Blend in a blender or with a hand-blender until smooth.
